You will have the opportunity to lead a proactive customer group in our town’s busiest recreation facility and support your team in providing exceptional customer service. A strong aptitude for technology and database management will be a key to success in this role as it will help you to maximize and leverage the value of our Intelligenz software to provide the ultimate customer experience throughout the facility.

Core Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day services, operations & supervision at CE Desk
Training, mentoring and developing staff
Responding & troubleshooting customer inquiries and complaints
Communication, Conflict resolution and strategic problem solving
Database (Client) management, reporting, troubleshooting and configuration
Post-Secondary education in a related field such as hospitality or recreation an asset
Current Standard First Aid and CPR Certification, including AED
4+ years’ supervisory experience in front office operations, customer service and/or related field
4+ years’ experience with department financial oversight, cash handling, retail sales and services
Demonstrated Customer Service experience, skills and focus
Experience at a hotel front desk and/or sporting and recreational facility is ideal
Strong computer skills and database experience is essential
Strong financial acumen, knowledge of budget and accounting principals
Demonstrated ability to build respecting, positive relationships with team and clients
Experience with Intelligenz software an asset
$78,514.80- $87,742.20 per annum
