Records Management Coordinator
 
Athabasca County is currently accepting applications for a full time, permanent Records Management Coordinator in the Corporate Services Department. This position will oversee the records management system and coordinate all departments with policies, strategies, procedures and retention and disposal schedules.
 
This position will be responsible for implementing a newly purchased Records Management software as well as leading the design of work flows, record conversions and file structure design with all departments.
 
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma / certificate in Library Sciences, Information Management, Records Management, Data Management or any other relevant field of study. Equivalencies will be considered.
 
The current salary range for this position is $53,707 - $62,829. Athabasca County offers an attractive benefit package and contributes to the Local Authorities Pension Plan.
