Construction Project Manager

 
The Consultant will act as Project Manager to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities required to develop, organize and execute the scope of work according to schedule, specifications and budget as directed by Sunshine Village Corporation. The Consultant will manage the development of the proposed construction plan; oversee the organization, scheduling and implementation of the plan.
 
Experience/Requirements
  • Several years’ experience in the construction industry
  • Professional construction management education, Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • Proven ability to execute and complete projects on time and within budget
  • Proven and demonstrated leadership skills
